These Vendor Terms govern the relationship between vendors ("you") and Shopperlistic South Africa ("we," "our," or "the platform"). By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with these terms, our policies, and applicable laws.
To register as a vendor, you must be a legally registered business or individual permitted to sell goods in South Africa. You must provide accurate and verifiable business information during registration.
You are responsible for ensuring your product listings are accurate, not misleading, and comply with South African consumer protection laws. Listings must include clear product descriptions, pricing, images, and warranty information where applicable.
You are responsible for maintaining adequate stock levels and fulfilling orders promptly. Delayed or unfulfilled orders may result in penalties or account suspension.
Vendors are free to set their own prices, provided they do not engage in price gouging or misleading promotions. Shopperlistic reserves the right to participate in marketplace-wide promotions, which may include vendor listings.
You may not sell counterfeit goods, restricted or illegal products, or any item that violates intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.
You are expected to respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Vendors must comply with our Returns Policy and cooperate in resolving disputes.
To ensure quality service, vendors must maintain minimum performance metrics including order fulfillment rate, return rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Failure to meet these standards may result in warnings, penalties, or removal from the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your vendor account at any time for violations of these terms, poor performance, or at our discretion.
You agree to indemnify and hold Shopperlistic harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your products, listings, or actions on the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
