Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order? Browse our products, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Pay securely via Paystack or Stripe using your Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa and Mastercard via Paystack and Stripe. All payments are SSL encrypted and fully secure.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Contact us immediately on +27 724942094 or info@shopperlistic.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched we can assist. Once dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

Do I need an account to shop? No — you can check out as a guest. However creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist and speed up future checkouts.

Delivery

How long does delivery take? Johannesburg and Gauteng: 2–4 working days. Other major cities: 3–5 working days. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer free delivery? Yes — free delivery on all orders over R2,000. Delivery fees for smaller orders are calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order? Visit za.shopperlistic.com/orders/tracking and enter your order number, or use the tracking link emailed to you after dispatch.

Do you deliver outside Johannesburg? Yes, we deliver across South Africa. Delivery times vary by location — see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Products

What are Unboxed Deals? Unboxed Deals are open-box or returned products that have been fully tested and confirmed working. They may not include original packaging but are sold at significantly reduced prices. All Unboxed Deal sales are final.

Are Unboxed Deal products guaranteed to work? Yes — every Unboxed Deal item is tested before listing. If an item is not working on arrival contact us within 48 hours with photos or video and we will resolve it immediately.

How do I know if a product is in stock? If a product shows "Available" and has an Add to Cart button it is in stock. If a product is out of stock this will be indicated on the product page.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return a product? Log in to your account and go to My Account → Returns, or email info@shopperlistic.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

How long do refunds take? Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.

Can I return an Unboxed Deal? Unboxed Deals are sold as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is non-functional on arrival. Contact us within 48 hours if this is the case.
