Delivery Areas

We deliver across South Africa. Orders to Johannesburg, Crown Mines, and greater Gauteng are prioritised and typically arrive fastest.

Delivery Timeframes

Johannesburg & Gauteng: 2–4 working days. Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria: 3–5 working days. Remote and rural areas: 5–7 working days. Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods and public holidays.

Delivery Costs

Orders of multiple items over R5,000: FREE delivery. Orders under R5,000: delivery fee calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:30 PM on a working day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:30 PM, on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email and/or SMS. You can also track your order at za.shopperlistic.com/orders/tracking at any time.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails because no one is available to receive the parcel, our courier will make a second attempt. After two failed attempts the parcel may be returned to us and re-delivery fees will apply.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 24 hours at info@shopperlistic.com or +27 724942094. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
