This manual is designed to provide information on the records held by Shopperlistic (Pty) Ltd and the procedures to be followed to request access to such records. Shopperlistic operates an e-commerce platform strictly within the Republic of South Africa.

4. Records Available in Accordance with Other Legislation

Shopperlistic maintains records in accordance with the following South African legislation:

Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013

5. Description of Records Held (Section 51(1)(d))

We hold the following categories of records:

Operational Records: Customer databases, delivery logs, and supplier contracts.
Financial Records: Tax returns, invoices, and bank statements.
Human Resources: Staff contracts and payroll (for our South Africa-based team).
Marketing Records: Newsletter subscriber lists and promotional materials.

6. Request Procedure

To request access to a record, the requester must:

Use the prescribed Form 2 (available on the Information Regulator website).
Submit the form to the Information Officer at the email address provided above.
Pay the prescribed request fee (as set by the Regulator) before the request is processed.
