To initiate a return:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or delivered incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Where possible, we offer exchanges for size, color, or replacement of faulty items. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be provided instead.
Returns for vendor-supplied items must follow the same procedure. Vendors are expected to honor our return policy terms and process refunds or replacements promptly.
