1. Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including:

• Instant EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
• Mobile payment solutions and payment gateways
• Bank deposits (where applicable)

2. Payment Timing

All payments must be made in full at the time of checkout. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been received and confirmed.

3. Currency

All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR). If you are using an international card, currency conversion fees may apply as per your bank's policy.

4. Secure Transactions

Shopperlistic uses secure third-party payment gateways to process payments. We do not store your card information on our servers. All payment data is encrypted and processed using PCI-compliant standards.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be confirmed. You will be notified and asked to retry with another valid payment method.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account until the matter is resolved. You may be liable for any associated administrative or legal costs.

7. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor transactions for fraud. Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be delayed, cancelled, or reported to relevant authorities.
